Managing Emails in Cloaked

Cloaked is designed to put power into your hands, and to that end, we have a myriad of email management tools available to you for emails sent to your Cloaked Identities.

Primarily, you have the ability to manage communication settings on an identity by identity, with forwarding settings, blocking of new contacts, and more.

However, we also offer the ability to manage the content of your Cloaked Inbox for existing messages.

From the Cloaked Dashboard:

Searching for Emails:

From the Cloaked Dashboard, you can access your email inbox by selecting 'Emails' from under the Inbox heading on the left-hand side menu of the Cloaked Dashboard. From there you will see all the emails that have been sent.

You can also search for emails using the search bar located above your inbox.

If you just wish to see the emails from a specific identity you can click on the identity that you wish to see the emails/or messages from then select 'Inbox' from the top of the menu that appears from the right-hand side of your screen.

Below is an example showing emails from only Meh.com using the method above.

Using Categories

You can use Categories to help manage and sort your Cloaked Identities making them easier to find and their respective Inboxes easy to find as well. Simply find a Cloaked Identity that you wish to move to a category either select one that is already made or create a new one.

In the example below we've moved some Cloaked Identities into our Work category as well as our Shopping category making it quick and easier to find them later on.

Deleting Emails:

To delete an email within the Cloaked inbox you can delete it by right-clicking on the email and within the sub-menu that appears select 'Delete' otherwise you can delete the email by the three dots menu in the top right of the emails column.

You will also need to confirm the deletion of the email/or message by selecting 'Yes, Delete'.

From the Cloaked App:

Accessing the Main Inbox:

From the Cloaked App, you can access your email inbox by selecting 'Inbox' from the toolbar at the bottom of your screen. From there you will see all your messages you have been sent to your Cloaked identities. You can filter them by using the filter options. From here you can delete and reply to messages as you would normally.

Accessing the Individual Identities Inbox:

If you just wish to see the emails from a specific identity you can go to 'Identities' then tap on the identity that you wish to see the emails/or messages from then tap 'Inbox'. Below is an example showing emails from only Temu using the method above.
