Important Notice
Spectrum’s Call Guard cannot be disabled by deleting an app. Spam identification and blocking features remain active unless you manually turn them off through your Spectrum account settings.

Steps to Disable Spectrum Call Guard
Step 1: Sign in to Your Spectrum Account
Visit: https://www.spectrum.net
Click Sign In and enter your account credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Mobile Line
Select the “Services” tab from the main menu.
Go to the “Mobile” sub-tab.
Choose the device/line you'd like to manage (repeat for each line, if needed).
