Your Call Guard history is the central place to review all screened calls, see who tried to reach you, and listen to important voicemails. This guide will show you how to find and manage your call log and what to do if you encounter any issues.

Finding Your Call & Voicemail History

All of your call activity is organized in one convenient place within the Cloaked app.

  1. Open the Cloaked app on your phone.
  2. Tap the Guard Icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Here, you will find a complete list of all inbound calls—including missed calls, successfully blocked spam, and calls that were allowed through—along with any voicemails that were left.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

If your call log isn't behaving as expected, here are the solutions to the most common problems.

Problem: My Call Log is Blank, Shows "0 Calls," or Voicemails are Missing

If you receive a notification for a call or voicemail but the Calls tab appears empty, you may be experiencing a temporary display issue.

First, please update your app. This issue is often resolved by simply installing the latest version of Cloaked from the App Store or Google Play Store.

If your app is up-to-date and the issue persists, please know that your call and voicemail data is safe and has not been deleted. This is a known display bug our team is working diligently to fix. Please reach out to our customer support team with a screenshot so we can assist you further.

Problem: The App Crashes When I View My Call Log or Play a Voicemail

This issue was resolved in a recent update. Please go to the App Store or Google Play Store and update your Cloaked app to the latest version to fix the problem.

Understanding and Using Your Call Log

Here’s how to handle common actions like calling someone back.

How to Call a Number Back

Currently, direct one-tap callbacks from the Call Guard history are not supported. To call a number back:

  1. Open your Calls tab in the Cloaked app and tap on the call entry to view the caller's original phone number.

  1. Open your phone's native dialer app to call that number back.

Why Do I See "Verified Caller" Instead of the Original Number?

This is a normal part of how Call Guard works to protect you.

When Call Guard screens an unknown number and determines it's legitimate, it acts like a receptionist patching the call through. The incoming call you see ringing on your phone will come from your personal Call Guard number and is often labeled "Verified Caller."

  • What this means: The call has successfully passed our spam screening.
  • What to do: Simply answer the phone. The original caller will be on the line, ready to talk.

If you miss the call and want to call them back, you can find the person's original phone number by looking at the entry in your Calls tab within the Cloaked app.

I only see a transcript but no voicemail audio is present why?

A quick sign out and back into the app should allow all data to resync in your logs.
