Add new cards via Cloaked account

Create new cards at any time by navigating back to the Virtual Cards section of your Cloaked account.

Click Create to quick-create a new monthly or single-use card, or + more options to set up a custom card.

When you create a custom card, you can adjust the card’s spending limit and whether it’s a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, single-use, or total limit.

You can also adjust the card’s deactivation settings (24 hours, 90 days, 1 year, or when the card expires), merchant locking (auto-lock to the first merchant after use), and funding source.

Add new cards via browser extension

Make sure you have the Cloaked Browser Extension enabled.

Look for the Cloak icon in the payment details field. Click on it, and then click New Cloaked Card:

Next, you’ll be prompted to set the spending limit for that card. By default, the purchase price on the checkout screen will display, but you can set a higher limit and adjust whether the card will be used for a one-time or ongoing set of transactions. Click Generate Card when you’re ready.

You can also create a card by selecting the Identity you wish to update within your extension → Edit (pencil icon) → Generate new card in wallet → Save.

Edit existing cards

From the Virtual Cards section of your Cloaked account, filter your cards by Active and Canceled, and sort by newestoldest, or amount available.

To edit a card’s settings, select the card you wish to edit, then click the Settings icon. Here you can change the card’s name, limit, funding source, enable merchant locking, lock the card, manage card deactivation settings, or cancel your card.
