Every Cloaked Pay account has monthly account limits that apply across your cards. These limits work in a way that will feel familiar if you’ve ever used a credit card:
- They grow over time: As you transact, make on-time payments, and keep your account in good standing, your available limits can increase.
- They’re designed to protect you: We apply fraud and risk controls in the background so that your account stays safe, and no one spends beyond what’s sustainable.
If you hit your maximum, you may see transactions declined even if you have funds available in your linked account. This is a guardrail to keep your account healthy and secure.
Can I request a higher limit?
Yes. If you need more flexibility, you can contact Cloaked Support. We’ll review your payment history, linked funding source, and account health. If everything checks out, we may be able to approve a higher limit. This process ensures that when limits are raised, it’s safe for you and the Cloaked network.
