I only want to use Cloaked Pay, not other Cloaked products. Can I get a refund?

We understand that some users may subscribe with a primary focus on one feature, such as Cloaked Pay. Currently, the Cloaked subscription is sold as a single package that provides access to our entire integrated suite of privacy tools, so we do not offer partial refunds based on the usage of individual features. 

This is because Cloaked is designed as a comprehensive privacy system, not just a collection of separate tools. Features like Cloaked Pay, Data Removal, Call Guard, Identities, etc  are built to work together to provide the strongest protection. For instance, the ability to link a Cloaked Pay card directly to a specific identity you use for a merchant provides a deeper level of security than just using a virtual card alone. This integration is a core part of the value provided by the single subscription.

While you may have subscribed with secure payments in mind, we encourage you to explore how other included features can work together to provide you with even greater privacy online.
