If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, you can file a dispute through Cloaked. Here’s how:
- Email support@cloaked.com with the details of the transaction.
- Provide the following information:
- The transaction date and amount.
- The reason for the dispute (e.g., unauthorized, item not received, duplicate charge).
- Any supporting documentation or communication with the merchant.
- If you already filed a dispute with your bank, we’ll ask you to close it there and reopen it with Cloaked so we can directly investigate through Mastercard.
Once we have your information, we’ll guide you through next steps and keep you updated on the status of your dispute.
