Cancellation Instructions by Device
Follow the instructions below based on the device you are using. To begin, you must be logged into your Cloaked account.
On a Computer
If you subscribed using a credit card or PayPal, you can cancel from a web browser.
Method 1: Cloaked Dashboard (Recommended)
- Navigate to your subscription settings: https://my.cloaked.com/settings/subscription.
- Click the "Cancel Subscription" button.
- Click the "Confirm" button to finalize.
Method 2: PayPal Account If you paid with PayPal, you can also cancel directly in your PayPal account.
- Log in to PayPal and go to Settings > Payments.
- Select "Automatic payments".
- Choose Cloaked from the merchant list and cancel the payment.
On a Mobile Device
The cancellation method depends on your original payment source.
If you paid with a Credit Card or PayPal: Cancel directly within the Cloaked mobile app.
- Open the Cloaked app.
- Tap the profile icon.
- Select "Profile and settings" or "Settings".
- Tap "Subscription" and select the Cancel option.
If you paid through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store: You must cancel through the respective app store platform. Attempting to cancel from a computer for these subscriptions may result in an error.

After You Cancel: Account Status
When your subscription is canceled, your account becomes read-only. You can still log in to view your existing information, but all active features are disabled.
You will lose access to the following Cloaked features:
- Identity generation
- Using existing identities to send emails, texts, or make calls
- Data removal
- Identity monitoring
- ID Theft Protection
- CloakedVPN

You can resubscribe at any time to reactivate your account and restore full functionality.
