Some websites and streaming services limit what you can see based on your location, but a VPN lets you change your virtual location by connecting to servers in different places. How to Set Up CloakedVPN

Now that you're enrolled in CloakedVPN, here's our quick step-by-step process on how to get started. CloakedVPN is available for both iOS and Android devices.

1. Ensure your Cloaked App is updated to the latest version to ensure you're getting the latest servers and features that CloakedVPN has to offer.
2. Once you are enrolled in our VPN service, our VPN interface will appear on your app's home page. From there, click on the gear icon at the top right corner of the VPN interface.
3. This will bring you to a page where you will be able to connect to the VPN. Click on the blue Connect to VPN button.
4. The default setting for connecting to the VPN is to connect you to the fastest server. The recommended server is suggested based on the distance from the server, which typically corresponds to the speed of communication to and from the server.
5. Once you are connected to the recommended server, you will know you are connected because the button will now say Disconnect from VPN.

How to tell if you are connected to the CloakedVPN?

Depending on if you are using an iPhone or an Android Device you can check to see the status of your connection in the following ways:

On iOS:

You can view the status of your VPN connection from the status bar, from the Control Center and via the VPN settings with the main iOS Settings App

On Android:

You can see the connection status by the Key icon in your phone's status bar, along with the notification from Cloaked showing the connection status. You can also see the status from the VPN settings with the main Android Settings App

How to change the country you're connected to in CloakedVPN?

Once you are connected, you can also choose what specific location you'd like the VPN server to be in. Here is the process for selecting the location:

1. From the VPN interface, click on the button that displays the current server you are connected to.
2. This will pull up a list of countries that you can connect to. Select whichever country you would like.
3. After choosing the country, you will be shown a list of cities in the chosen country. Select your preferred city.
