What is the Cloaked eSIM?

Cloaked eSIM provides ultimate protection for calls and texts is here!

You can add a Cloaked eSIM to your plan and switch seamlessly between your personal number and an always-Cloaked, secure eSIM number.

Where are Cloaked eSIM numbers accepted?

Cloaked eSIM numbers can be used anywhere your personal number can, including services that block VOIP numbers including banks, insurance providers, and Uber to name a few examples!

If you use an iPhone with your Cloaked eSIM you enable iMessage with your Cloaked eSIM on your iOS device, you can send and receive iMessages just like your normal phone number.

What do I need to use the Cloaked eSIM?

No additional hardware or software is required to use Cloaked eSIM. Installation takes just a few minutes and works on any eSIM-capable device. You will need to ensure that your device is unlocked before proceeding with purchasing a Cloaked eSIM. Our system can help identify if your device is locked to ensure your device is compliant with eSIM requirements. 

Where can I get a Cloaked eSIM?

You can request a Cloaked eSIM via the Cloaked App or via the Cloaked Desktop Dashboard.

Below is a video guide showing getting the Cloaked eSIM in the Cloaked App on iOS. These steps will be similar for users using Android Devices however some menus and prompts may appear differently depending on your device.

We are in the process of recording and producing a dedicated eSIM guide for Android. In the meantime, many of the steps and processes will be similar to those of using an iOS device however some system elements and UI options may use different wording or context.
