You can add members to your plan in two ways:
Inviting family members using the Cloaked Desktop Dashboard Home Screen
On the home screen on the desktop dashboard at my.cloaked.com, you can access the quick button to add more users:

If you do not see the prompt to invite users on the Home Screen, you can invite family members to join your plan by heading to the subscription settings.
- Click on your username and in the menu that appears, click on Settings
- In the Settings menu, click on Subscription
- On the Subscription page you'll see a box which you can use to invite additional family members via email address. Once entered click send.
- You can see any invited family members in the list below and revoke access as needed.
Within which you can add more members via their email address.

Inviting family members using the Cloaked App
In Basic Mode:
- Navigate to the Home screen of Cloaked App, tap the three lines ≡ next to the word Home
- In the menu that appears, tap on Settings
- Under Profile and Settings, tap on Subscription.
- To manage and add additional family members, tap on Members
- In the box that appears, you can enter the email address of the family member you wish to invite.
- Once invited (and accepted), you can see any invited family members in the list below and revoke access as needed.
In Advanced Mode:
- Tap on your profile icon above the word Home 👤
- In the menu that appears, tap on Settings
- Under the Settings menu, tap on Subscription.
- To manage and add additional family members, tap on Members
- In the box that appears, you can enter the email address of the family member you wish to invite.
- Once invited (and accepted), you can see any invited family members in the list below and revoke access as needed.
What are the differences between Cloaked Family and Couples Plans?
The following plans allow for the following number of additional users to be added:

Viewing sent invitations:
Once you've sent an invitation to a family member, you can see the status of the invitation and when they were invited. Additionally, you can also copy their invite link from this screen, which you can then send to them via email, text message, or via a message on WhatsApp or similar apps.
This link is a unique link that will allow your family member to sign-up for Cloaked and will then automatically link their new account to your plan. If they are being prompted to pay, have them check to see if they used the link that was sent to them. Otherwise, Cloaked Support can assist with this and manually add their account to your plan.
Additionally, you can cancel any invitations that have been sent from this screen by clicking on the Cancel button next to their email address. You'll be asked to confirm the cancellation of this invitation by clicking on the Yes, cancel invite button in the prompt that appears.
Accepting the Cloaked Invitation
Once the user has been sent an invite from your Cloaked account, they'll receive an email that will contain a unique link to allow them to join your family (or couples) plan.
Invitations are only valid for 7 days, after which time a new invitation will need to be sent in order for them to join your plan.
To join the plan and create an account, simply click the button labeled: Accept invite and join plan.
