Where can I find this Cloaked Support Email Address?
In your recovery key/kit:
When you are using your Cloaked Recovery Passphrase/Key you may have noticed that there is an email address made up of three words followed by the domain/URL @cloaked.id or another Cloaked Domain.
Example: user.test.here@cloaked.id or your.support.email@myclkd.email
We generate this email to serve as a support identity for all users so we (Cloaked) can reach users directly without them needing to have a recovery email address; however, if a user has a recovery address, we will use this email for contacting the user or forward messages to it.
In the Subscription Settings (in-app or on the website):
If you are viewing your subscription details from within the Cloaked App or Website you'll also see your Cloaked Support Email Address listed. This is handy to have if you need to manage your Cloaked Subscription or need to reach out to support.
This email address is only known to you (the user) and by Cloaked. This email should not be used or shared with other people or users.
Where else can I use this Cloaked support email?
If you subscribe via Dashboard, this email is utilized to connect you with your payment details via Stripe. You can learn more about that process here.
