Managing Your Cloaked Subscription

When managing your Cloaked Subscription, it is easiest to manage your subscription in the location where you created that subscription - either on the desktop dashboard via Stripe or on the relevant mobile app. If you need to make changes or have any questions about your subscription, please just chat with us at the bottom right of your screen for any support. We're always happy to help and want to ensure you have a seamless experience with Cloaked.

Seeing your Subscription via Cloaked Dashboard:

  1. Login to your Cloaked Desktop dashboard at https://your.cloaked.app/. Then select the user icon at the top right to access Settings from the dropdown menu.
  2. Click on 'Subscription'. This page can also be reached directly at https://your.cloaked.app/settings/subscription

Managing your Subscription via the Cloaked Dashboard:

  1. From here, you will begin the process of accessing your secure Stripe portal to manage your subscription. This process involves:
    1. Opening the Stripe portal access webpage, linked in the Subscription PageScreenshot 2024-04-13 at 7.33.48 PM.png
    2. Providing the appropriate Email on this access webpage.

       

      This email will likely be auto-populated with the appropriate Cloaked Email that was established to provide you private, anonymous access to your payment portal. However, if you manually set up your Stripe account with a personal email, you may need to provide that email instead. If there is no auto-populated email, you can identify the correct email address associated with your Cloaked Subscription by locating a receipt from Stripe to the relevant email address or reach out to us with any questions.

    4. Clicking this URL to manage your subscription.
  2. Once you have clicked through the link delivered to your inbox (likely within Cloaked), you will be able to manage your existing subscription:Payments.png

Checking Your Cloaked Subscription on Mobile:

 

This email will likely be auto-populated with the appropriate Cloaked Email that was established to provide you private, anonymous access to your payment portal. If you are using Cloaked on your phone you can check your subscription status if you go into your App Store/Google Play Store and look under the subscriptions section. From here you can manage your Cloaked Subscription if it was bought on mobile.

Otherwise, if the subscription was bought via the Cloaked Desktop Dashboard within the Cloaked app settings you will be able to see your subscription status and confirm it is being paid via Stripe.
