When managing your Cloaked Subscription, it is easiest to manage your subscription in the location where you created that subscription - either on the Desktop Dashboard via Stripe, or on the Cloaked app.

Viewing your Subscription via Cloaked Dashboard
- Login to your Cloaked Desktop dashboard at https://your.cloaked.app/. Then select the user icon at the top right to access Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Click on 'Subscription'. This page can also be reached directly at https://your.cloaked.app/settings/subscription
Managing your Subscription via the Cloaked Dashboard
- Login to your Cloaked Desktop dashboard at https://your.cloaked.app/. Then select the user icon at the top right to access Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Click on Subscription, then Manage Subscription this will then open a new page that will take you to the Stripe Portal Log in page.

- If you have access to the Stripe portal via the Cloaked Desktop Dashboard the prompt will automatically input your Cloaked Support Email Address. To proceed with logging into the Stripe Portal click Send

Please Note: this email will not be delivered to your personal inbox. Additionally, your Cloaked Support email address will end in: @cloak.id
- In your Cloaked Inbox, you'll receive an email from Stripe which will have a one-time use link that will log you into your Stripe Portal
- Once you are in your Stripe Portal you will be able to see your current Cloaked Plan along with the payment method you setup previously along with invoices and the ability to cancel your current Cloaked Plan.

Checking Your Cloaked Subscription on Mobile
If you are using Cloaked on your phone you can check your subscription status if you go into your App Store/Google Play Store and look under the subscriptions section. From here you can manage your Cloaked Subscription if it was bought on mobile.
Otherwise, if the subscription was bought via the Cloaked Desktop Dashboard within the Cloaked app settings you will be able to see your subscription status and confirm it is being paid via Stripe.

Cannot load Subscription details?
If you go to view your plan (or subscription) details in your Cloaked App and cannot see any details or access Stripe this can indicate that your subscription is either handled through another provide (PayPal/Apple Account or Google Play).
Otherwise, Cloaked Support would be happy to advise you on how to manage your subscription.
